Meet The Team
Jean Carroll
Jean is the Registered Manager and nominated individual. Jean holds the Registered Managers Award (RMA) at NVQ level 4, NVQ level 4 in Health and Social Care, Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement, Level 3 Award in Education and Training, Level 3 Food Safety, Level 3 Health and Safety, Level 3 First Aid at Work and the Learning Disability Qualification at Level 3. Jean has also completed all mandatory training in compliance with legislation in addition to specialist training.
Shane Carroll
Shane is The Business Manager and holds NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care, NVQ 4 Leadership and Management for Care Services, Level 3 Health and Safety and Level 3 Learning Disability Qualification.
Sarah Ellingham
Sarah began her employment with us a Support Worker. She then progressed to a Senior Position. Sarah holds a L3 NVQ amongst various other qualifications and is also a First Aid Tutor. Sarah is the Care Coordinator within the company and is also involved in the auditing procedures.
